My InPost Locker door won't open

From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help

If you arrive at an InPost Locker and you’re not able to access the InPost locker, first check:

  • You have the right QR code to access your InPost locker
  • You have received a notification to let you know that your order has arrived at your chosen Locker if it’s a collection
  • The parcel hasn’t expired, you have up to 72 hours to collect your parcel
